Our services
ILA Spa offers massage and spa treatments, including full body, deep tissue, four-hand, aromatherapy and Thai massage, along with facilities such as a steam room and relaxation lounge. Service descriptions on our website are for general information and may be updated from time to time.
Bookings and appointments
- Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp on 8655934571.
- Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours and are served subject to availability.
- We are open 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full session; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.
Offers
Our current promotion is 25% Off — Monsoon Offer, applicable to our signature massage therapies. Please mention the offer when you book. The offer is available for a limited monsoon period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, it cannot be combined with other offers.
Payments
Payment is made in person at the spa. No online payments are taken through this website, and we do not collect card or payment details online. Accepted payment methods can be confirmed with us at the time of booking or your visit.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to another guest. We may need to reschedule an appointment in unforeseen circumstances and will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Health and safety
- Please inform us before your treatment of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, so we can advise on suitable options.
- Our treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care or professional medical advice.
- If you feel unwell during a session, please tell your therapist immediately.
Conduct
ILA Spa is a professional wellness environment. We ask all guests to treat our therapists and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service, without refund, in the case of inappropriate, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.
Age
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for proof of age.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILA Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any aggravation of a pre-existing condition where relevant information was not disclosed to us before treatment. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
