Information we collect

We keep our data collection to a minimum. We may collect:

• Details you share when you enquire or book — such as your name, phone number, and any preferences you mention (for example, the massage or time you would like).
• Calls and WhatsApp messages — when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages so we can respond and arrange your appointment.
• Basic website usage data — when you visit this website, limited technical information (such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the page you visited) may be processed by the providers described under “Cookies, advertising and third-party tools” below.

“Book on WhatsApp” form. The form on our Contact page does not send anything to us or store anything on this website. It only puts the details you type into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you can read and edit before you choose to send it.

This website has no accounts. We do not collect payment or card details through this website — no online payments are taken here. Any payment is made in person at the spa.

How we use your information

• To provide our services and improve your experience with us.
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

Cookies, advertising and third-party tools

• Google Ads conversion tracking. Our main pages load the Google tag (gtag.js) for our Google Ads account. When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button (or send the Book on WhatsApp form) on those pages, a “conversion” event is sent to Google so that we can see which ads lead to enquiries. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers on your device and receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details. We do not send Google your name, phone number or the content of your calls or messages. The Google tag is not loaded on this Privacy Policy page, our Terms & Conditions page or our Disclaimer page. You can manage Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Dialo. This website loads a script from Dialo (dialo.co.in), a service we use to see which ads and pages lead to WhatsApp and phone enquiries. It stores a short visitor code — and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click ID and campaign details — in your browser (local storage and a cookie named dialo_wa_ILAS, kept for 30 days). When you tap a WhatsApp button it adds a short reference code to your prefilled message, for example “(Ref: G-ILAS-ABC)”, and sends Dialo the click details and the page address. When you tap a Call button after arriving from a Google ad, it sends Dialo the ad click ID. Dialo does not change our phone number.
• WhatsApp. WhatsApp buttons open a chat with us on WhatsApp (owned by Meta). Meta’s own privacy terms apply to those messages.
• Google Maps. On most pages the map loads from Google only if you tap “Tap to load map”. On our Contact page the map loads when you scroll to it. “Get Directions” links open Google Maps. Google’s privacy policy applies when you use them.

We do not use any other analytics tools, and the fonts on this website are not loaded from third parties. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website will still work.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only where necessary:

• With the providers described above (Google, Dialo, and WhatsApp/Meta), to the extent set out in this policy.
• With our website hosting provider, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to deliver and secure the website.
• Where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, staff or guests.

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet any legal or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Our services and this website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
